Abstract
Zoonotic helminthic infections are rare. They usually present as subcutaneous nodules in the upper part of the body mainly around the eyes and mouth. Genital involvement is uncommon with reports of Dirofilariasis of scrotum, epididiymis and spermatic cord. We report a case of Dirofilaria infection presenting as a penile nodule in a young male from South India.
